Operator and scope
Lopumi is operated by an individual developer and provides AI image creation. Contact marcni1998@gmail.com; the service region is Japan. The brand and region do not imply a Japanese corporation or Japanese hosting. Available paid services and operator disclosures are shown on the commercial disclosures page. Unavailable services cannot be purchased. These terms, the product description and your confirmed order apply together without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Accounts and minors
Provide accurate contact details and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, sell accounts or bypass limits with multiple accounts. Buyers must have legal capacity under applicable law; minors need any required guardian permission. Report account concerns by email. Account deletion requires identity verification; signing out does not cancel a subscription.
Permission for materials
You must hold the necessary rights or permissions for uploaded images, depicted works and likenesses. You grant only the limited permission necessary to check, process, send to disclosed providers, generate, deliver, recover and support your request. Ownership of source materials is not transferred. Public marketing, sale or training by Lopumi is not automatically authorized. Avoid unrelated sensitive information and unauthorized private images.
AI effects and choices
Styles and prompts are operator-defined; only the product's permitted choices are accepted. Multiple materials jointly reference one collection and do not determine output quantity. AI may make structural, species or text errors and produce similar results. Illustrations do not guarantee replication, exclusive copyright or suitability for every use. Check relevant rights before publication or commercial use and retain required AI labels.
Series, vision and delivery
For new grouped products, the backend fixes N active groups and displays 4N candidates; customers do not choose a group count. Each image request produces one four-panel preview. Groups queue independently and successful groups can be selected while failed or unknown groups are reviewed. Optional AI optimization reads only the designated main user image for each group. Image generation uses all user images plus that group’s references. HD keeps all user images, the selected crop and original HD references. Original frozen guarantees remain: a 15-minute notice, one source-preserving credit return at 30 minutes, and qualifying late delivery at no further charge. Batch specifications and bounded concurrency apply; further eligible unpurchased candidates can be bought in later batches. Old V1/V2 series and quotes retain their contracts.
Quotes and payment
New quotes charge 2 credits per preview group, 10 per HD image and 0 for optional AI optimization. Previously confirmed quotes retain their frozen prices. PayPal and Waffo coexist; available methods, currency and cash amount are shown before confirmation. The USD1 first-purchase package is WeChat Pay only and is unavailable on unsupported devices or in unsupported regions. WeChat does not offer automatic subscription renewal. A browser approval or redirect is not verified payment. Check the original order when uncertain rather than paying again. Confirm that payment has not completed before immediately canceling a local unpaid purchase. Contact support with the order number for paid-but-uncredited orders. Cancellation does not fabricate non-payment or a refund and retains original cash records. Verified late payments are delivered under the original order; future renewal of an automatic agreement created by the canceled purchase is stopped. Apple Pay/Google Pay are offered through Waffo secure checkout subject to merchant activation, region and device; availability is not guaranteed in every environment.
Credit sources and expiry
Credits are for this service only and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or traded. The new catalog preserves the USD1/150 lifetime first-cash WeChat offer and USD5/700 and USD20/3000 rules, adding an ordinary one-time USD50/8000 package without a first-purchase restriction. Purchased principal never expires; bonus is zero. First-purchase eligibility is shared across Live channels; uncertain first payments do not release the discount, and refunds do not restore consumed eligibility. Mock, Test, Sandbox, gifts and zero-value orders do not consume Live eligibility. Sources remain separate, expiring credits are used first, and failed work releases its original source without reviving expired credits. Historical prices, orders, contracts and issued credits retain their terms.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly prices and credits remain USD3/500, USD6/1100 and USD9.90/2000. New annual plans are Basic USD30/year, Creator USD60/year and Pro USD99/year, equivalent to USD2.50/5/8.25 monthly and about 16.7% below 12 monthly payments. One annual payment funds 12 monthly grants of 500/1100/2000, totaling 6000/13200/24000. The first grant follows verified payment immediately; subsequent grants follow the same paid contract's monthly nodes. Annual credits are not issued upfront. Each grant expires two Beijing calendar months after actual issue, clamped at month-end when needed; replay does not extend expiry. PayPal and enabled Waffo recurring methods renew as confirmed. WeChat buys one month or year with no automatic renewal; repurchase manually at expiry. Canceling renewal preserves remaining grants in the paid year. Refunds or disputes pause unissued rights and review issued credits by original contract and source. Existing annual contracts retain their frozen terms.
Failures, limits and recovery
Credits are consumed only for delivered items; confirmed failures release their reservations. Partial delivery settles item by item. Unknown remote outcomes remain under verification and are not blindly resubmitted. Released credits retain their source expiry. Credit-priced creation has no user, product or site daily, hourly or lifetime generation-count quota. Each request still requires a valid credit quote; source eligibility, expiry, batch specifications, concurrent queues and security controls apply. More uploaded images do not increase output quantity. Queue or provider failures can delay delivery. Contact support with the order or task identifier when needed.
Refunds and support
Contact the email above for duplicate charges, paid services not supplied, delivery contrary to the confirmed contract, or other legal claims. Provide your account contact email, order, time and issue, never credentials or card information. Unused and partly used services, subscriptions and packs are assessed against the original purchase and actual performance. No extra Lopumi handling fee is deducted from a refund owed for our nonperformance. Disliking random details is not automatically a breach, without limiting statutory remedies. A requested or processing refund is not completed payment; financial institutions affect arrival time. Unused credits from that source may be held or revoked; unrelated balances are unaffected. Any additional discretionary refund terms must be disclosed before purchase and cannot remove legal rights through undisclosed rules.
Retention, sharing and reviews
Input retention starts at upload; final retention starts at persistence under the product version. Previews, originals and crops have separate expiry and in-flight protection. Download before the displayed expiry; this is not permanent hosting. Active sharing or result-email delivery can create bearer-access links, possibly without login. Links expire or can be revoked, but downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Reviews are optional. Publishing a name, avatar and individual review requires separate revocable consent and never blocks downloads. Aggregate ratings include all eligible genuine feedback regardless of featuring or individual-publication consent. Review permission does not authorize photo publication.
Content, changes and rights
Illegal, fraudulent, impersonating, harassing, infringing or non-consensual intimate content is prohibited, as is bypassing access, internal-image protection, watermarks, limits or security. Reasonable risks may be restricted with explanation where feasible; unfulfilled paid obligations remain subject to law. Maintenance or supplier changes do not remove confirmed obligations. Versions, effective times and important changes are published and renewed acceptance obtained where needed, without retroactively changing paid contracts. You may contact us to resolve disputes; mandatory complaints, remedies and consumer procedural rights remain.
Standalone AI Acceptable Use Policy
The AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) LOPUMI-AUP-20261024-V1 is associated with these Terms; full text: /legal/ai-content; reporting: /help/report. It covers uploads, available text/parameters, operator references, generation, storage and sharing. Use only authorized materials with express permission from depicted people. Pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate/discrimination, CSAM and any sexualization of minors, real-person deepfakes/impersonation, NCII and copyright/trademark infringement are individually prohibited. Consent does not authorize prohibited real-person deepfakes or sexual exploitation. Original AI-effect, selection and delivery provisions remain.
Content measures, reports and appeals
Actual controls are restricted templates/parameters, provider safety refusals and risk/report-triggered operator review, not independent comprehensive scanning of every image. Evidence-based measures may include warnings, refusal, generation/access/sharing restrictions, removal after investigation, suspension or ending access for serious/repeated violations. Referenced and in-flight materials have retention protections; deletion is not necessarily instantaneous or complete. Reports do not automatically zero credits; improperly obtained promotional credits, lawful purchases, frozen tasks, refunds and statutory rights follow their original contracts and applicable rules. Ordinary reports receive a first reply within one business day of receipt. That reply explains intake, information needed and the expected handling plan; it is not a promise to resolve the case within that period. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays, with dates determined in Beijing time (UTC+8). Daily mailbox checks also include weekends. Child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery and credible threats to personal safety receive priority: once we become aware, we immediately take emergency measures proportionate to the risk and evidence and review the matter, without waiting in the ordinary queue. An always-receiving mailbox does not mean 24/7 human staffing. For complex cases we explain progress or reasons for delay. Appeals use the same email; a person explains review arrangements. Statutory complaint and remedy rights are not restricted.
Invitations and registration gifts
One-level invitations earn 5% of the frozen paid base credits on the invitee’s first successful Live cash payment, excluding bonuses and including paid subscriptions. Fractions accumulate as integer hundredths by source and post in whole credits. Invitation credits never expire and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Refunds reverse that order’s contribution and remainder. Spent rewards create separate recovery debt offset only against future invitation rewards, without taking other purchased principal. Self-invitation, binding after registration and rebinding do not earn rewards. There is no check-in program. New users after campaign launch may receive one 10-credit verified registration gift, normally valid for 30 days, subject to eligibility and a human check. Temporary email, abnormal multi-account signals or uncertainty can result in denial or review. Budgets, dependency failures and reward pauses do not prevent registration, sign-in, purchases or use of purchased credits. Request manual review at marcni1998@gmail.com. Annual invitation rewards bind only to the invitee's first successful Live payment and that same first contract: 5% of its annual base, issued alongside 12 actual monthly grants. Basic pays 25 per month, capped at 300; Creator 55/660; Pro 100/1200. Rewards never expire. Missed grants are compensated idempotently under their original period. Monthly grants are not new first payments; renewals earn no repeat reward. Refunds/disputes reverse the original source, with existing recovery debt, budgets and risk controls. Other invitation rules remain unchanged.
