Annual credits are not issued upfront. The USD50/8000 package never expires. Generation requires quote confirmation: successful delivery consumes credits, definite failure releases them, and unverified outcomes remain reserved pending verification. Processing time varies with the task and provider.

Confirm you have not paid before canceling an unpaid purchase locally. Contact support with the order number if payment has not arrived. Original cash verification and late-payment delivery continue. Stop renewal in your account; remaining monthly grants within a paid year continue. Refunds/disputes suspend future source rights. Digital-service refunds follow the Terms and Refund Policy without limiting statutory rights. Contact support with the order number, never passwords or full card details.
